Love to the Pink Moon

"...the moon that hung over the garden like some great priceless pearl, flawed and blemished with grey shadowy ridges as only a very great beauty can risk being." - Anita Desai

I followed the moon around the neighbourhood tonight, singing softly as I went. It was fun! At first the moon was completely hidden by clouds and all I could see was a faint silver glow. But, it seemed my singing was enough to coax it out from hiding and soon it was full and bright above me. I enjoyed my walk tonight, thinking about all the things in my life that I am grateful for. I kept noticing little things around me, all those tiny pieces that weave us together.
